Welcome to the new CC Riders website. Our mission is to provide current and pertinent news regarding the Capital Corridor Inter-City Rail Service and its community of passengers. This website is hosted for and pertains primarily to the Auburn to Sacramento (and beyond) riders who utilize trains 527 and 538; however we will strive to provide information is relevant to all riders of the Amtrak Capital Corridor line. Check here often for the latest information about daily train performance and the events held by and for riders. Ride the Capitol Corridor if you want to travel effortlessly between the Bay Area and Auburn. Ride the Capitol Corridor if you want to be a part of a community of riders who use the travel time to work, rest and... play!

Current Website News
Sunday, October 16, 2005   More Stuff...
More work has been done on the website. There is a graph of train performance if you check out your station under the "Schedule and Performance" button. Also, E-mail list instructions have been updated and are working correctly. The webmaster is plowing through the various sections of the website that are not working as quickly as he can. The next item on the list will be a dynamic schedule of events that can be updated by our beloved "Lord Mayor" (or other members of the Cafe Car Cabinet).

Once all of the bell's and whistles are completed, then updates like this regarding "behind the scenes" activity on the site will be moved to the "Webmasters Corner"
